Elite Software Rhvac and Conduit Tech both show up on ACCA's approved software list for full residential Manual J. They do not sell the same way. Elite still prints perpetual desktop and annual online floors. Conduit markets an on-site iPad LiDAR sales workflow and does not publish a dollar amount. LoadCalcStack does not rank a winner.

> Verified fact: Elite Rhvac product and order pages (retrieved 2026-09-20) list Rhvac 10 desktop permanent at $599 and Rhvac Online at $239/year without Rhvac 10 (or $159/year with Rhvac 10). Those pages also list Manual J Calculator Online at $149/year and a desktop combo with Drawing Board / Graphic Manual D at $999. Elite still prints the $599 Rhvac 10 permanent SKU on the same table as the $239/$159 online years.

> Verified fact: Conduit Tech's pricing page (retrieved 2026-09-20) describes packages and directs you to request pricing or book time with sales. No dollar amount was published on that page at retrieval. LoadCalcStack treats Conduit as Pricing on request.

> Verified fact: Elite's product page describes a Windows desktop Rhvac 10 edition and Rhvac Online for internet devices, including iPads, tablets, computers, and smartphones. Conduit's homepage, pricing, and load-calculations pages (retrieved 2026-09-20) market iPad Pro LiDAR scans and room-by-room Manual J during a sales call, plus equipment-selection guidance and permit/rebate report claims. Conduit's pricing FAQ lists specific LiDAR-enabled iPad Pro models.

> Verified fact: ACCA's approved software page (retrieved 2026-09-20) lists Elite RHVAC and Conduit Tech under full residential load calculation. Conduit carries a LiDAR-capable devices note. Confirm the live ACCA list before relying on approval status.

> Editorial judgment: Choose Elite when you want published perpetual or annual desktop-plus-online floors and a tabular or desktop design workflow. Choose Conduit when you want an on-site iPad LiDAR sales workflow and are willing to request pricing. This is published perpetual/annual desktop+online floors versus an on-site iPad LiDAR sales workflow with pricing on request — not a cheaper-versus-premium ranking. Do not invent a Conduit list price from forums.

> Unverified: Conduit Manual D coverage, seat minimums, hardware SKUs in a given quote, and contract terms were not confirmed from the public pricing page alone.
